Key: The last word we read said God is our rock and salvation (https://www.ferventxtian.com/word-of-the-day-psalms-27-vs-1-fear-no-one/) but today we will be considering God as our Deliverer.

Let’s take a look at Paul and Silas when they were imprisoned, they prayed, they sang and the holy ghost came down, the holy ghost didn’t just come down he came down with power and deliverance. The gates were broken, the chains were broken and they were free. David had so many obstacles when he was young till he became king; he faced a lion, goliath and even as many times Saul tried to kill him he escaped. David didn’t just do that by himself but God our deliverer stepped in for him and brought him out.

Let’s take a look at Joseph. Joseph was destined to be great but the situations around him made it look like he won’t attain the greatness ahead. He was sold into slavery, he was imprisoned and so many more but still God delivered him and took him to where he already destined him.

Lastly, let’s take a look at everything surrounding you. It looks discouraging right? Everything feels like your dreams are not going to come true, like you are not going to make it or maybe like God has forgotten you. You keep asking yourself why you have to go through this stage or why you are going through this much pain, then you feel like giving up.

Hold on, don’t give up; there is deliverance. You know you are a child of God, if you feel unsure about it then make Him your father today by giving your life to Him sincerely then hold on to him.

God has promised deliverance for the righteous and since you are part of that category you are qualified for the deliverance.

“Many are the afflictions of the righteous but their God shall deliver them” He has said it and he will do it. Cry to God and hold on to him in faith, He honors His word more than His name and He will surely deliver you from any problem or oppression.

Reflection: There is nothing that you are going through that is too big for God to deliver you from.
