Key: Jesus Christ being the author and the finisher of our faith led the way to preach the gospel about the kingdom of heaven. And, when Christ was leaving the earth, He commanded that we go into the world to preach the gospel and make disciples for Him (Matthew 28:19); for we have been saved to save others. Therefore, as Christians we  are obliged to preach the gospel since we are the heir of salvation. The world needs to know that the only way to inherit the kingdom of heaven is to repent and accept Jesus Christ as Lord and personal Saviour.

Question for Meditation: Dear friend, do you preach the gospel? Are you following the example laid by Jesus?
