WORD FOR TODAY
There is no free day in the calendar of the enemy; they will always plan and do evil. You must be ever mindful of the fact that as long as you live the enemy will always seek to destroy you!
Scriptural Reference
“Do not deliver me to the will of my adversaries” Psalm 27:12a NKJV
David was not ignorant of the fact that there was an enemy and the damage they could do if they had their way in a man’s life. This understanding made him pray that “God should not deliver him to the will of his enemy”. You also must be on alert and always pray not to be delivered to the will of the enemy.
The devil is the main enemy of a man. He comes to steal, kill and destroy. Even when it appears as if a man showed himself as an enemy; it is the devil who is at work in him. You must not be ignorant of his vices and be on alert not to fall into his trap. What the devil can do is in the record. We saw what he did with the life of Job at a slight opportunity. He is still in the business; going to and fro seeking for whom to devour.
Apart from praying against the enterprise of the enemy; you must be mindful of the fact that living in disobedience, committing sin and walking contrary to God’s will for your life is a way to cooperate with the enemy to perform his enterprise in your life. Acknowledge God in all you do and let him come first in your thinking.

Prayer: Lord! Do not deliver me to the will of my adversaries in Jesus’ name. Amen!
Emphasis: Each time you pray don’t forget to tell God not to deliver you to the will of the enemy!
