Focus: Power Belongs to God
WORD FOR TODAY
Whatever you feel or think about life as you proceed in destiny; you must always have it at the back of your mind that power belongs to God. In everything you do; you must never fail to always acknowledge God to be all-knowing and all-powerful!
Scriptural Reference:
“God has spoken once, Twice I have heard this: That power belongs to God. Also to You, O Lord, belongs mercy; For You render to each one according to his work.” Psalm 62:11-12 NKJV
Man irrespective of who he is; is powerless. Men appear powerful because God in His mercy makes grace available. Several great men who lived and passed unto eternity served as proof of the fact that no man can be great forever. The beauty of our existences and the authority we possess is because God crowns us with glory and honour.
You must live your everyday life with the consciousness that power belongs to God. You did not come this far in destiny by your wisdom and strength alone. Those who appeared to be wise with great resources at their disposal were not given the grace to come to this point. Every dream and aspiration will come to pass by His power alone. You have no life except that given by God: the giver of life. You will go further in destiny to fulfil your mandate at the Lord’s will and command.

Prayer: Lord! I worship you for who You are: I acknowledge the fact that all Power, Glory and Honour belongs to you alone in Jesus name. Amen!
Emphasis: What God did not give you can never have; all power belongs to Him!
