One day history will come to a close, but eternity will go on forever. Your real home is not here but in eternity!

Many men on earth strive to make good history in their lifetime. No matter how wonderful the history we make may appear to be it will be surpassed, forgotten and become just a mere reference.
After every good thing we think we have done, nobody will care about it. Don’t spend your life on things that only go into memory lane without a significant impact on the lives of men. No one is talking about that man who has 20 houses, 4 wives and 50 cars in 1970 or the man who spent 100 million on his daughter’s wedding last year.
Do not labour for vanities. Be mindful of the fact that eternity awaits you. Serve the Lord with your life while you can at every slightest opportunity.

Prayer: Lord! I receive the grace to prepare adequately for my eternal home in Jesus name. Amen!
