RCCG APRIL 2021 THANKSGIVING SERVICE – DESTINED TO WIN

TEXT: REVELATION 1:18
Prayer: Bless the name of the Lord for everything He has done for you from January to February to March and what He will do in the new month of April.
Prayer: Father, on this resurrection morning every good thing in my life that the enemy has killed, bring it back to life.
I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death. – Revelation 1:18 NKJV
Destined to win; two important words. The word destined is from the word destiny. You are not here by mistake, God has a plan for your life – Joshua 1vs 5.
Jeremiah 29:11 -The good purpose for your life will come to pass in Jesus name.
Destiny is a powerful force, it preserves one and it’s always pulling one to a particular goal. Destiny has a way of manoeuvring you towards that goal. An example is Joseph. Another example is David.
I pray for someone here, no matter what the enemy will try you will reach your goal.
The second word is WIN; the word win gives us the title “winner” which means the one who came first or victorious in a competition. win can come when you fight in a battle and you are victorious. Life is a series of battle and competition. For example if you are a seller in a market, you are competing with another. If you are working in the office, there is a competition because you are hoping to be promoted ahead of another person. Life is competition and much more than that; life is a warfare.
Romans 8:32. The Bible says we are more than conquerors, it means we are going to fight many wars. The more you are blessed the greater the enemies you will attract.
However God has assured us victory – Jeremiah 1:19 they will fight against but they won’t overcome you. Isaiah 54:17
Isaiah 41:10-13 God says He is going to help you.
Why are you destined to win? You are destined to win only because Jesus Christ was destined to win – Matthew 20:18
Ephesians 1:4 You have been chosen by the One who lives forever, the one who said at my name all knees must bow. So as He wins, you win.
It doesn’t matter how hard we try, not everybody will become a Christian, because they were not chosen from the foundation. Some people are made for destruction.
If you are yet to surrender your life to Christ you have a choice to make.
It is written, Isaiah 3:11, if you are not a child of God, you cannot enjoy Victory in him.
If you are not born again and you want to be destined to win and you want your future to be alright, surrender your life to Jesus Christ now.
Prayer: Father, my future is your hands, let it be alright.
