Romans 9 vs 15 – KJV – For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.

Romans 9 vs 15 – NLT – For God said to Moses, “I will show mercy to anyone I choose, and I will show compassion to anyone I choose.”

Romans 9 vs 15 – AMP – For he said to Moses, “I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.”

Romans 9 vs 15 – GNB – For he said to Moses, “I will have mercy on anyone I wish; I will take pity on anyone I wish.”

Romans 9 vs 15 – MSG – God told Moses, “I’m in charge of mercy. I’m in charge of compassion.”

Key: The mercy of God; though abundant yet it is limited. Though it available yet not for all.

Therefore, I encourage you, when you pray to God asking for His mercy, do also pray for the grace to be among those He would show His mercy – Hebrews 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy…Grace is intrinsic to the receipt of God’s mercy.

I pray the Lord ALMIGHTY shall count you worthy of His mercy.

Shalom
