Key: One of the signs of the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ is the emergence of false prophets whose intents is to sway Christians from the truth of the gospel. Our Lord Jesus has warned us before now to look out for them, so as not fall into their hands “You will know them by their fruits” Matthew 7:16
In time past, God led his people through prophets but now it is through Jesus by His Spirit that lives in us; the HolySpirit.
“As many that are led by the Holy Spirit, they are the sons and daughters of God” Romans 8:14. As a true child of God, we are expected to know the mind of God through the Holy Spirit that lives in us. And, it is through the help of Holy Spirit can we identify these false prophets and false doctrines.
