Key: No man can receive all God has for him if he is not living in obedience. God’s word promises that by being obedient to His ways we will find mercy, peace, happiness, abundance, blessings and life. Not living in obedience brings harsh consequences, unanswered prayers and the inability to enter into the great things God has for us. We must understand that before God can do what He said/say He would do, we must do what He told/tells us to do. Walking in obedience has to do not only with keeping God’s commandments, but also with heeding God’s specific instructions.

Reflection: A man who does what God asks, builds his house on a rock. When the rain, floods and wind come and beat on the house, it won’t fall. Ensure you do not witness your downfall because of your disobedience.
