The word for today

There is nothing you become today that did not happen by grace. The summary of your life irrespective of what your lot may be in life is GRACE!

Scriptural Reference:

“For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. Ephesian 2:8-9 NKJV

Everything you have been able to achieve in life does not happen by your power but by the grace of God. Under no circumstances do you have any reason to boast over your life in any aspect. Grace is what differentiates men from one another.

There are people in this life who are fast runners, brilliant, powerful, influential and rich but have never experienced fulfilment in various aspects of life. Everything that appears so easy for you is so; because the Lord made grace available. 

Even though you have a part to play in everything God wants you to be, the fact remains that you need grace to play it and to even become successful in life. When things work out for you in any aspect of life, it is not automatic but grace at work. To love God; obey His word and walk in His way does not come so easy but by Grace!

Meditation: With your journey so far on earth, what did you achieve by your strength alone?

Prayer: Dear Lord, Make grace available for me in every facet of life in Jesus’ name. Amen!

Emphasis: Things only work out according to plan when grace is made available!
