Key: God is our protector, God is our help, God is our rock, God is our glory, God is the lifter of our heads.
Situations may rise, fear may come and they all make you ignorant of these facts.
You focus on the fear, on the shame, on what people will say, on what will happen if things fail; forgetting that God is the lifter of your head.
God will never allow anything to harm you. God will never allow you to be disgraced; He won’t ever allow you fall or fail. But, if you see yourself still falling, still being disappointed and that’s because you haven’t keyed into His word with faith.
If you don’t apply faith to the Word of God, it won’t work for you. (But without faith it is impossible to please him: Hebrews 11:6)
Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. When you think things are going bad you should hold on to the evidence of the promise of God.
God is my rock, God is my shield, God is the lifter of my head, God loves me, God is my refuge…proclaim these words into your life, focus on the evidence of the words and many other promises available and you will see its result.
Reflection: Proclaim the word of God into your life in every situation; hold on to it, have faith in it, fix your gaze on it not on the effects of the situation at hand and you will see a very good result.
