Memorize: It is God’s privilege to conceal things and the king’s privilege to discover them. Proverbs 25:2 NLT

Proverbs 25:2 – NKJV – It is the glory of God to conceal things, but the glory of kings is to search things out. 

Proverbs 25:2 – TPT – God conceals the revelation of his word in the hiding place of his glory. But the honor of kings is revealed by how they thoroughly search out the deeper meaning of all that God says.

Proverbs 25:2 – NIV – It is the glory of God to conceal a matter; to search out a matter is the glory of kings.

Iwe Owe 25:2 – Ogo Ọlọrun ni lati pa ọ̀ran mọ́: ṣugbọn ọlá awọn ọba ni lati wadi ọ̀ran.

Key: God conceals everything; for us to know the mind of His and partake of God’s glory we have to search for it. 

How to know the secrets of God? 

The only way we can search for the deep secrets of God is through the Spirit of God. 

But it was to us that God revealed these things by his Spirit. For his Spirit searches out everything and shows us God’s deep secrets. 1 Corinthians 2:10 NLT

The Holy Spirit of God is the revealer of the hidden secrets and the mind of God to those who have received Him, those who have welcomed Him and those who surrender to Him. 

Action: If you lack the Holy Spirit ask from God and He will surely release His Spirit to you and He will reveal mighty things to you.

If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!” Luke 11:13

Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.’ Jeremiah 33:3
